J.R. began his culinary career in Southern California before joining Hyatt at Ventana Big Sur. His journey led him to Grand Hyatt SFO and now to Grand Hyatt Scottsdale, where he serves as Chef de Cuisine overseeing La Zozzona and Tiki Taka.
